it might be a thing of my system then. Im not sure if I ever had try to take it with milk but for example yogurts have completely ruined my kratom doses several times. Personally yogurts, vegetables, peanut butter, and fish products ruin my kratom effects At the other hand Oatmeal, pistachios, and apples don´t impact it a lot and sometimes if a dose hasn´t hit I eat any of those things and it ends up hitting a bit. But of course the best is empty stomach always. I have always chugged it wit
