I brought from Kratom Bird probably the same time you did in the UK too. I got one of the red strains. Personally, I think it's either the way or quickness of how you ingest it that really will affect you. The capsules did nothing at all for me, while mixing it in orange juice gave some effects, but pouring a drink in my mouth and then pouring the powder and then pouring more liquid and then swallowing, I got a massive high and I barely tasted anything. So it is a hit or miss, but ingestion meth
