Hi guys

Have you tried an every other day or once every three days approach and moving down by .5 or .25g each week? It seems easier to go down slowly than completely stopping and then starting again after a few weeks. You'll find when you gradually step down, you likely wont even notice the difference between 11 and 10g. A scale is your best friend for this approach if you do try it.
