The kratom itself is some kind of jelly that does say kratom on it but the packaging itself probably doesn't (logically) Kratom in Lithuania is included in the list of prohibited narcotic drugs and psychoactive substances but I'm pretty sure that's in a lot of other EU countries aswell? I've read on one site that you could acquire it by shipment "Shipments are allowed when sent from an European Union member state where kratom is legal, regulated by the EU customs union in the Lisbon Treaty."
