I personally have no idea about kratom laws in Lithuania, but I say this as a blanket thing is that as long as it isn't shipped in packaging that blatantly says it's kratom on then you should be fine. I don't know for sure but I would guess Lithuania is the same as everywhere else in that they don't test for kratom as a drug, so you should be fine. Unless Lithuania is abnormally aware and against it.
