Just thought I'd update, my package is still at customs since 30/01/25. I sent an email to EH to check if this is normal from their experience so hoping to hear back that it is. In my experience I've never had anything stuck at customs before and my previous vendor sent with a different courier and never had an issue and only stopped getting from them when they stopped having supplies ☹️. I'm still freaking out purely due to where I live and the rules imposed 🙄😬
