I’ve ordered from there for the first time yesterday, managed to use their “Klyme” payment service. Haven’t received an order confirmation email or a DPD tracking ref, I do have my order number though. Is this normal? Had to switch vendors now that Kratom Bird has closed for relocation, I miss them already
