From what I understand, the whole plant is banned, as well as mitragynine, both placed in the same narcotics class as heroin. I'm sure that it can be shipped discretelly, as this happens with many other substances here, but it still sucks. As for you, I saw in the EU Commission site that it was recently banned in Czechia and I'm afraid more bans are to come.
