I was a mix junkie , oxies tramadol and sub. I managed to get clean and quit everything else using a red Kratom. Kratom nulls ur receptors , so if u take Kratom and then take some other opioid it will have a very numbed effect. You will need to switch over properly . Take ur last dose of sub, don’t take Kratom next day, maybe on the second or third. You should feel slight withdrawal etc before you take it, it means the sub is out. I’m just saying what worked for me , our situations may differ
