They’re reliable in the sense they’re not a scam. However the price they charge for the product they sell is daylight robbery. I’m in the exact same boat, I’ve just placed another order and hopefully my last until KB is back next month, they’re streets ahead of KUK, it’s not even close. They were using Klyme however have done back to BACS transfer, it’s safe to do it, mine just shipped today after transferring the money this morning. They’re the best option for the time being unfortunately
