Honestly bro, unless someone is prosecuted for importation of Kratom and or possession, we don't know. The stories here just state that their packages were seized, so it doesn't seem like a massive issue for the authorities. Kratom is also as strong as a normal coffee is, or an OTC sleeping medication, so it's not like you're possessing or importing meth or fentanyl.
