KUK users, need some fast advice about my order seemingly not being shipped

Just for future reference , at the bottom of their emails it states they don’t deliver through bank holidays. I wondered this as I ordered Thursday afternoon and hadn’t had any response since Saturday … hopefully be sent out today as I have ran out.
