Hi, I am in the same situation as the OP. I've had packages seized before, back in the day when they had "Kratom" written on them and that only took about 8 days to find out i.e. a letter through the door. A main cause of parcels being held at customs are: "A held shipment may have missing or incomplete paperwork" So, I suspect the present issue is due to lack of clarity i.e. the package gets pulled for further inspection, nothing suspicious is found but they cannot release it as they don't
