My tracking info has been updated by UPS this morning as: "Investigation Opened We've begun an investigation to locate the parcel. " I'm hoping that KB hasn't actually shutdown, and this been an elaborate scam with fake parcels to get a load of money before disappearing. Has anyone got a package from KB since they reopened?
