I've reached out once or twice to KB, they said they needed to wait for ups to investigate, which was fine, I contacted ups and then they said to file a claim which I haven't done, last night I contacted KB to follow up on an email I forwarded them from ups a few.days ago but no replies now. Not sure if they're ghosting me or snowed under. I know they moved from Sweden to Holland and that's a massive upheaval, so this might just be teething problems, but I think this will be my last time using
