7oh is like any drug u take it for to long u it becomes a habit. I hear good and bad but for me it changed my life in a good way. I only take it 3 days a week 20mgs a day without it I would be back on the streets on h. It got me off subs when just Kratom didn’t do it for me. 20+ years and finally got my life back on track
