KB doesn’t give you money back when you return the product? Do you mean you open and try it, decide it’s not up to what you hoped it would be and just send it back? I’m kinda surprised they give you anything back at all. I’ve had strains throughout the years from different vendors that were quite meh, never thought about the possibility of returning them after opening with the expectation of getting money back.
