Wow that's unreal. I'm with Monzo and thankfully I've never had an issue and I purchase from KUK(don't judge I like KUK and never have had an issue, yet 👀🤞🏻). I also purchase crypto. I stupidly left Monzo and tried 3 other banks before going back promptly. Sorry you've had these issues, I can understand why you'd be freaking out. Hope everything goes okay 🤞🏻🫶🏻
