Hey bud. thanks for this. I've sent messages through the contact form on their website as the orders email or help desk bounces back like you say. I still dont think its acceptable going weeks with contact problem. I would at least pop on the website that their having communication issues but ive heard nothing so I can only assume they've taken my money and bounced. I mean. I can't exactly call the cops on them so they can do what they want.
