Hi mate - I’ve had very similar happen to me recently. See my previous post on this. I believe they’re maybe having some email/contact issues. I placed an order August 8th which is only just being delivered tomorrow and had complete radio silence from them for weeks. I did believe, like you, that they started to do some shady business, but I think it’s administrative or technical issues. See my previous post for an email provided by another user and contact them using that and the online form. D
