I have been ordering from them for years, and until now they were based in one of the Nordic countries, Sweden perhaps, but they had to move because kratom was banned there. I remember that they moved to the Netherlands, and some people were disappointed because Dutch packages are inspected more thoroughly. They couldn't go to England because it's not in the EU, and I think it's harder to send packages there because customs checks are stricter.
