That's really helpful thanks. I went as far as placing an order and the pickup option wasn't available but the option to collect from DHL is a relief. I'm guessing the free UPS shipping is still a big no-no. I'm quite happy with their plantation brands and would sooner not use the subpar uk vendor, but the KB move to NL does worry me.
