The strains are a rather subjective thing tho even from the same vendors and is a brand/marketing thing mainly. One doesn't know what the alkaloid make up is and the same strain from one shop or batch could vary widely versus another Also if you don't want to eventually stumble upon opioid dependence you'll prob want to give it more than 1 day off a week. Should be more like 1-2 day on : D
