Update on my Green Guru saga - they're STILL claiming I've not paid

This has ***NEVER*** happened to me before, this is my fourth order from Green Guru, and there's never been an issue before. I think the problem is that I didn't realise that GG was now asking for funds to be sent in euro, not koruna, and my banking app (NatWest) wouldn't allow me to edit the saved details I had for GG, so I couldn't change koruna to euro. I paid ยฃ15 for urgent transfer of funds and the funds left my account last Thursday (23/10) and they've not been returned. I'm just really. *
