I've actually decided to stop using K for these reasons. I ran out 2 days ago. I just moved back to Ireland from the US where you can literally buy it at every shop on every corner. I"m really going through it right now. Bad WD. I had to leave work early yesterday I was so sick. Have to take today off too. I wouldn't want to take the risk of dealing with this every month due to shipping or seizure.. It was really hard for me to quit in US due to the ease of getting it. It should be easier here
