It does. It ships to EU countries where Kratom is legal. Obviously the UK (where the OP is - I've read his timeline) is neither. This is entirely the OP's fault for not reading the FAQ before placing his order. Granted Happy Hippo should have notified him that they can't/won't/don't accept orders from the UK, but they are under no obligation to do so. *Caveat emptor* and all that...
