I don't know what has been other people's experience but in my case they forgot one of the 2 packages ordered. I think that was an honest mistake but after sending 2 emails asking for a partial refund or reshipping and getting no reply I wouldn't order from them again. Quality was decent but nothing special as far as I can tell.
