I'm interested to see answers to this as I have not ordered from them since March. I find the quality good also. I have found in the past that they are not the best for replying, but I have always received a reply eventually. One time I contacted them to find out why I did not receive email of confirmation of order and they replied saying I received it but I had copy's of the order thst I had not received and they sent it. I'm wondering though if the quality is the same because every other place
